This Endorsement Changes the Policy. Please Read It Carefully.
This endorsement modifies insurance provided under the following:
CyberGuard Policy
In consideration of the premium charged for the Policy, it is hereby understood and agreed that:

The Individual Limits of Liability for parts A. Breach Investigation Costs and H. Crisis Communications of SECTION I – 1ST PARTY INSURING AGREEMENTS are deleted in their entirety.

Item – of the Declarations is amended by adding the following:
Additional Breach Investigation and Crisis Communications Limit: $1,000,000 Each Incident and in the Aggregate -
The following is added to SECTION III – DEFINITIONS:
Additional Breach Investigation and Crisis Communications Limit The amount set forth in the Declarations, as amended by part 2. of this Endorsement. -
Part A. Aggregate Policy Limit of Liability and B. Individual Limits of Liability of SECTION V – LIMITS OF LIABILITY AND RETENTIONS is hereby deleted and replaced as follows:

Aggregate Policy Limit of Liability The Aggregate Policy Limit of Liability as shown in the Declarations is the most We will pay for all Loss under this Policy other than Breach Investigation Costs and Crisis Communications Loss. We will not be obligated to pay any Loss (other than Breach Investigation Costs and Crisis Communications Loss), or to defend any Claim, after the Aggregate Policy Limit of Liability has been exhausted, or after deposit of the Aggregate Policy Limit of Liability in a court of competent jurisdiction.

Individual Limits of Liability Subject to part A. of this SECTION V – LIMITS OF LIABILITY AND RETENTIONS, the Individual Limits of Liability as shown in the Declarations are the most We will pay for each insuring agreement under this Policy. The Individual Limits of Liability are part of, and not in addition to, the Aggregate Policy Limit of Liability. The Additional Breach Investigation and Crisis Communications Limit is the most We will pay for all Breach Investigation Costs and Crisis Communications Loss combined under the Policy. The Additional Breach Investigation and Crisis Communications Limit is in addition to, and not part of the Aggregate Policy Limit of Liability.
